OUR STORY

            My journey started when I studied the culinary background at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Florida. while studying the savory side, I also took on the Patisserie program, and that's when I realized that Cakes & Chocolate Modeling was my passion. During my schooling, I worked for many resorts and competitions like Disney, Universal Studios, and Guinness World Record For The Largest Flan. During that time working with many Chefs from around the world,  little did I know my career was just getting started! My career took off fast in Las Vegas, NV where I worked all over the strip for amazing celebrity chefs, such as The Cosmopolitan Casino with Scott Conant, Estorio Milos with Costas Spiliadis, Mon Ami Gabi, Caesars Palace with Francois Payard, where I was a chocolatier. During my time in Vegas, I worked at many events like iHeart Radio Festival, Food & Wine Festival, Life is Beautiful, and many more! Working with many celebrity chefs and learning so many tricks and techniques from Buddy Valastro, Payard, and many more, I decided to start my own business. Making Cakes is Art, and art is very special to this world. Art is in music, paintings, creations of all sorts, including food. Cakes & Chocolate Modeling for me, Is the best way to show my talent's in art and flavors. To this day each cake tells a story and that's what I want my brand to be, UNIQUE.
