How do I place an order? 

Simply fill out the contact form here on our website or email us with pictures! 

Placed my order, Now what? 

Once your order is placed, you will get an invoice via email with the info you provided for the deposit & payments. (Make sure to put a valid phone number that allows texts) Automated emails are set up for reminders and can not be changed. On the day set for pick up or delivery you will get an automated text message with the information & address in regards to your order such as the time frame you picked, & steps of what to take upon arrival or at delivery.

Why is everything email? 

We prefer email so that way everything is documented in the event we need to retrace our tracks in the event of miscommunication. We find that it best so there is no hear say and we have documentation between the client 7 us. 

Can I pay cash? 

We do accept cash and all major credit cards. If you are wanting to pay in cash it must be the correct amount as we do not carry change on hand and unable to give change back.

How do I Transport my cake order? 

The best way to transport your cake orders is on a flat surface, like the floor, whether it's in the front passenger side with the seat all the way back or in the rear trunk area. Make sure your car is not Hot or too warm as the buttercream will get soft really fast. So keeping your vehicle cool will help. Try not to slam the brakes to hard or make sharp turns and use your emergency lights!
