** COVID 19 has impacted us all and AshleyCakes is taking the necessary steps to make sure you can still celebrate your special day. During Covid, Orders need to be put in at least **1 week prior to date needed.

We take your health seriously and we are able to continue with orders along with following the FDA & CDC regulations.

​

All orders are required to have 50% deposit down on the day of placing the order. You have until the end of the day (11:59 pm) to pay the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation requirements have been met.

​

Due to the Pandemic, we are currently not making appointments for Tasting. However, we do offer curbside pickup of our flavors as an option. Please contact us for more info.

*Once the order is either Picked up or Delivered it is no longer our responsibility. If anything may happen to your order due to room temperature control, unbalanced floors, weather, bad driving, etc... We are not liable for any issues that may occur.

Cancellations

 

You have 2 calendar days prior to the event to cancel your order or reschedule. If you cancel your order completely your deposit will not be refunded due to wasted product & labor for your order. 

​

Any cancellations under the 48hr Time frame will be charged 15% of the remaining balance.

 

If deposits are not made as scheduled on the invoice orders will NOT be fulfilled and placed on the calendar schedule & the invoice will automatically be canceled out.

Refunds

​

You have 24hrs after deposit to cancel the order and get a 100% refund of the deposit. This does not apply towards orders under the 1-week time frame. 

 

In rare cases, last-minute cakes (cakes within 1 week or less) can be fulfilled with a PAID IN FULL payment the day the order is placed. You have by the end of the day to cancel (10 pm latest) your order to receive full refund. 

 

If you cancel a last-minute order after the end of the day in which you placed your order, you will NOT recieve a refund, due to "wasted product".

Any cancellations after 48hrs you will NOT receive a refund of your deposit.

Shipping

​

The shipping cost is a minimum of $50*. An additional fee will be added to orders for delivery exceeding Frederick Area. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your order. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
